Carol Salcito, President, Management Alternatives, Inc dissected this very broad topic into the three following components:  Internal Support, Duty of Care and Relationships between Buyer and Supplier.  Regarding internal support, she recommended that all travel policies should be updated and current.  Do they include ancillary fees?  Implement a Communication Plan to travelers and involve your company's champions or sponsors to help get this information out to your organizations.  (read more...)
