Please join us on Thursday, March 19 for an interactive breakfast meeting on NDC – Myth vs. Reality.  We have a unique panel to delve deep into this important, industry-changing topic. Airline, GDS, and TMC experts will take the mystery out of NDC and provide insights into understanding the vastly different perspectives of US carriers vs. EU carriers on NDC and to comprehend all of the noise around this topic.  This is a meeting you do not want to miss!

Kristen Pratt, Executive Director, Corporate Initiatives – Travel and Transport:
Kristen Pratt joined Travel and Transport as Executive Director, Corporate Initiatives in January 2019 and is responsible for Travel and Transport’s strategic planning and communication efforts around NDC and non-traditional content distribution.  She also leads commercial efforts for our multi-source business intelligence data solution, DVI Vantage Point.
Prior to joining Travel and Transport, Kristen served as Head of National Sales for Amadeus Business Travel.  Before Amadeus, Kristen spent over a decade on the TMC side of the business and has experience in multinational corporate travel management, business development, customer success, IT product design, international business management and finance.
When not traveling for business or pleasure, Kristen resides in Marblehead, Massachusetts with her husband and two daughters.

Patrick Crowley, General Manager, Sales Channel Innovation—Delta:
Patrick currently oversees Delta’s Sales Channel Innovations team. His teams are focused on corporate and TMC strategies in distribution, digital, and disruptive technology. Currently, Patrick is supporting Delta’s Next Gen Retailing strategy which revolves around IATA’s New Distribution Capability, ATPCO’s Next Generation Storefront, corporate personalization on, and influencing OBT display improvements.
Patrick joined Delta out of business school in 2012, after completing his M.B.A. at Emory’s Goizueta Business School. Over his 7 years at Delta, Patrick has held roles in Revenue Management, Small Medium Enterprise Strategy, Sales Technology, and SkyBonus.

Ken Pfaffmann, Director Global Solutions Management, Amadeus

Cleary Puchley, Senior Analyst, Sales Distribution Strategy, AA:
Cleary is an experienced Senior Strategy Analyst with a demonstrated history executing strategic initiatives and delivering results in Digital Sales and Procurement. She is a strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) focused in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Texas Christian University.

Adrian May​, Distribution Change Manager – British Airways: 
Based at BA’s London Headquarters, responsible for supporting NDC adoption in the agency community, and managing our Private Channel program. His airline career includes spells in Revenue Management, Customer Experience, Distribution and Sales. He came to the airline with a technology background, having worked for British Telecom, Orange Telecommunications and in consulting for telecoms clients.

Tom Wilkinson, Director, Distribution/NDC—SAP:
Tom Wilkinson is a Director of Supplier Services at Concur Technologies supporting Distribution issues including GDS, Concur TripLink, and NDC. Tom joined Concur after it acquired GDSX in 2013, where he worked as Vice President for Legal Affairs and Finance.
Tom has over 20 years of experience in managed travel primarily as a consultant to large corporate buyers. He spent five years at GetThere/Sabre/Travelocity Business, during which time he was recognized by Business Travel News as a 'Most Valuable Executive’.
Tom has been active in the GBTA for many years, has spoken at numerous Conventions, and served on the GBTA Technology Committee.  Tom currently serves as Treasurer for the Philadelphia Business Travel Association Board of Directors.
